In a sanatorium in eastern Ukraine, soldiers undergo psychological therapy for two weeks, before returning to the front once again. In the mental whirlwind of therapy and family reunion, the soldiers, their wives and the psychologist each are confronted with the feelings they have buried inside for so long. The film shows the mental consequences of war, in a universal story about self-sacrifice and loss.
